Neec Help with Barrel Jacket

Hello,

I tried to put my barrel jacket onto my receiver and it won't fit. How do I go about getting the barrel jacket on?

What I did was turn the barrel jacket 180 degrees to the receiver pushed the barrel jacket all the way on. I had to use a rubber hammer to get it on there the whole way. Then, I couldn't turn it into position.

Any advice? Should I dremel some of the metal to make the barrel jacket go on easier? I can take pictures if that helps.

When you rotate the bbl jacket, the receiver doesnt touch the jacket. There is about 1/8 of space. As it rotates closed, it 'times' itself and should line up. Try it again, leaving a small amount of space. PM if it doesnt work, we can get together and eyeball it.

I was having the same problem with one of mine it just would not lock up close completely had 1/8" left to go ?

Thanks, I got it. I had to leave an 1/8" gap. I pushed it all the way on when I was doing it before.
