Hello all, I was looking through my "Universal Machineguns" book and read the article describing the boresight process for the MG 34 and 42. Since the actual tools to boresight the MG 34 are terribly hard to find, is it possible to boresight the gun and MGZ using the field expedient method of drilling a 2mm hole in a casing like is described with the MG 42? If anybody has any experience doing this I would appreciate any tips you are able to provide. Thanks,
