What size rivets for charging handle? PS- YOU MISS ME!??

Gents, I have a friend (I live in NY.....) whose MG34 needs a replacement charging stud. Ive located the part (RTG) but have no idea where to source the rivets. Any suggestions or ideas? Im not interested in the BRP threaded model.. my friends gun, is boogered enough and I dont want to add any more issues. What size should I use, are they available? -Scott

So yeah, its been several years since Ive been active on this forum. I came to the conclusion that any MG34/42 home builder was already on this site and once my two builds were done.....what more could I contribute?
Hows everybody been???? Did I miss any substantial developments in the 34/42 world? (As in are there any new MG34 semi triggers available or does TNW still own the only, shitty, trigger system? )

it's been a few years past, but I recall getting some rivets from John Deere, the sickle bar for a combine used this same size. Or maybe International, can't really recall which.
