replacement of mg34 extractor plunger and spring

I lost my extractor on the bolt of my semi mg34. I would like to know a technique for installing it, it seems to be very difficult. This consists of three parts. Is there a specific tool? Please let me know any tricks you have.

There is a specific tool for changing the extractor on the MG34 bolt.
