Im in need of one of the bolts which holds the draw bar/trail of the Sokolov mount to the side rails of the base.
One of my bolts went missing in transit. Anyone scrapped a mount??

Re: 1910 Maxim Sokolov Mount Part Required
Andrew--
These cross bolts are very tough to find. The cross bolt is actually held to the gun with a chain which is why you probably did not get yours with the mount. Collector's Source had repros of the cross bolt several years ago. I see they are no longer listed on their web site. Its would probably be easier to turn your own on a lathe locally. Sorry I cannot help you further.

Hi Frank
Thanks for the reply
I think you and I are referring to different bolts, the one Im talking about is one of two bolts that hold the draw bar of the Sokolov mount to the side rails of the Sokolov mount at the pivot point where the draw bar can fold either under the main body out fold outwards as indicated in picture below
If I cant find an original I may just have to spin one up
Thanks
Andrew

That's even a tougher one to find!! Your probably going have to turn one down on a lathe.
