Good luck, another member here has been looking for at least 10 years that I know of and has been forced to make some parts. Not sure if his search has resulted in a complet kit yet.....

You had the same thoughts that I did. If I remember right he is still working on it and might have had a few parts made for the project.

I know he has made quite a few parts....I worked on some of them. He did have some parts that weren't good enough to use but were good enough to get dimensions for making a copy. Some parts he has yet to find as far as I know. The receivers are considerably different as well so its not just a matter of finding a bunch of parts and fitting them to an MG34 receiver. The bolt is more similar to an MG81 so the receiver is different in the lock/unlock area.....lots of differences.

Hello,

There is not a kit on the market that I know of in the US. I have about 2/3 of a kit mostly made up of small parts and newly made stuff. I find a part or two a year. I am still looking for a top cover, short lever for the top cover, and feed tray. I have been at it for around eight years now.

I know of a barrel in Ohio that is not for sale. There is a 34S in the Springfield Armory collection and the Aberdeen collection a 34S and 34/41. There are at least ten other guns and parts kits that I have heard of and none are for sale. I was shown a picture of a 34S feed tray by a Frenchman; that guy may have been a thief.
