I have a matching bnz41 mp40 kit. It is deactivated by a single saw cut under the rear mag tube band and the cocking piece also being removable from the bolt. The entire tube is present, but the rear sight needs to be tacked on. You cannot upgrade this one without spending $12k+ on a matching live mp40. Comes with original sling and 4 mags. $3900 OBO
