Yes. 1942. I would place it maybe early to mid 1942. Ser# started 429812 and ended with 1090310.

Anything below 1 mil. is nice to have.

I bought this rifle to become a parts kit for a Winchester rec. I had. But as my dumb luck, I get a nice low number 6 digit receiver.......I just couldn't part it out and just had to restore it and bring it back to life.
