Yes they do... I use a Dremel with the silver Quick connect cutting discs makes short work of them. I then use a cheap Harbor frieght Air chiesel the $6.99 one I cut the pointed chiesel tip off then used a Cobalt Drill bit to dimple the flat cutoff end.
I use it to form the rivet heads There is a Guy named Terry, http://www.hellboxarmory.com/ that sells a Great Bucking tool for very cheap that works great tell him I sent you you wont be disapointed with the bucking tool trust me If ya dont like it I'll buy it off ya for what you pay....
