I tried doing some searching and came across a few build threads here and other places, but no where did I see the recommended fit for inserting a knurled roller pin into the bolt carrier. Looks like if I leave this set as is, I've got around .006" interference at the top of the roller stud, and .013" interference at the bottom of the pin to the major of the knurling. Seems excessive doesn't it? Or can I really press it that much. I'm sure I can find a reamer or two to open up the holes a couple thou...maybe so the top has ~.002" interference???
Also, is it worth heating the bolt carrier and freezing the stud to help installation?
Any tips would be appreciated. I'm hoping to get this back up bolt installed before this weekend's fun!
