When you talk about "new" ejector-rods for the MG34 Bolt, remember three things: 1: They are made long and need to be fitted to an individual MG34. 2: When replaced......replace the rivet-pin that holds it in the MG34 Bolt. 3: With such a high-wear part(s) prone to wear and breakage.........why can'...

Try a title like "SA42 Target-Rifle" .......takes the "MG" out of it and puts the "Target-Rifle" within the "sporting purpose laws" ?

Remember, when you get into your "build".....I am looking for affordable "FA" MG34 Parts that you may be removing from your kit and have no need off such as trigger-group-parts, bolt-parts, and other small MG34 parts that you won't be using. These are needed to keep my FA MG34 running ..... so let m...

WTB: MG34 and MG42 Parts.

During your semi-only "Builds".....if you come up with extra parts that you do not need or want, and parts were not converted to semi-only for the MG34 and MG42......I would be interested in these if they are priced right. Looking for MG34 trigger-group-parts.....bolt-parts.....parts that were not n...

I have a friend over in Colorado that turns these out on a Lathe/Mill and sells them to reenactors.

ChevyM14, If you have "spare-parts" (IE: MG34 feed-tray and a spare MG3 Feed-tray) see if you can modify the MG34 Feed-Tray to the same configuration as an MG3 feed-tray and add in the lower belt-feed-pawl. You won't change the jerking of the belt due to the differences in the MG34 belt-feed-lever/s...

Is there anyway possible that we could get you to either "repost" the above photos (they are really hard to see).....or to re-take the photos again for us?

That will help more than what you know.....and thank you for the great tutorials.

That MG34 Cocking-Handle looks almost like the one I saw at a WWII reenactment several years ago where the owner was trying to save money by using 7.62x51mmNATO Blanks that he re-size to 8x57mm Blanks in a FL Sizing-Die. When he chambered a Blank.....the rear of the case was forced into the chamber ...
