Re: MG42 Value
A little of topic, myself I've almost always liked Apex prices and have bought a lot of stuff from them. Glad to see that Richard and Apex have received many truckloads of parts over the last few weeks. Go Apex. Good to see a few folks posting at any rate. Anyone else have any thoughts as to MG42 se...

How the interesting statement about the receiver. Look at the pic showing the left side of the rear of the receiver and...

MG42 Value
Well IMA has posted up a MG42 Display machine gun. With interesting wording about the receiver. Note it is easy to bash IMA about a lot of things as several folks have done over the years. But we should remember that they do have to find it, buy it and then market it. In their doing that we can see ...

Well here it is 2019, ok in a few hours that is. But the question still stands. Anyone tried this?
In another thread a pdf is shown on the Freeman patent. For those interested in another way to may the MG34 into a semi.

12/22/18 Grass cutting just finished
Well it's 5:50 and I just finished cutting the grass for the last time this year, I hope. Still have some weedwacking to do over the next few days to finish everything off. I know that this year 2018 I've cut enough grass so I do hope I'm done putting on a pair of shorts and spending over an hour be...

Re: Mg42 wood stock ww2 german
Another area of interest to me. Anyone have any info, thoughts on this subject?
There were a few minor postings on a few things. Wire wrap 4 or 5 times, German / yugo. Slightly different in the top shape / shark vs dolphn.
And of course how they were made.

Re: Yugo M52 Lafette
I remember when it was posted. No I do not believe anything came of it yet. In talking with John he said that he had received a German detail /breakdown manual on the Lafette and was going to work on it. Bergflak has done a lot of nice work on the lafettes and has some great postings on his site. La...
