I believe that P.G-34 uses the TNW system. On the TNW, it is necessary to just "drop", let go of, the charging handle, as in an AR15. It should chamber the blank as it does live ammo. If it's an MG34 barrel bearing screwed into the shroud, it isn't usually necessary to remove it. That said, let it stand upright immersed in a can of "Kroil". The stuff really does creep in and loosen anything, Good luck!...Phil
