bub i dont have the WLA grip, from what ive seen it hooks inside of the receiver on the front section and the back still goes thru with the pin.

Bil, some people were needing to shim a bit to keep the bolt centered in the rails, others had no trouble at all. mine needed a .010 shim on the charging handle side in order to get everything to line up in the camming section. you cant see it or even tell its there (other than me just now mentionin...

sdk1968 i belive you twist wire that way but, were not making chicken wire fence. to your question, what your asking about is the pitch angle look at your compression spring, see the coils, it's the measurement center to center on the coils.To wind that pitch first you need an arbor the i.d. of you...

yes sdk 1968 , i know you can use a screw gun-- i could use the power take off on a bull dozer too but thats no going to get the overlay even. this was advise for those without access to a $500K machine with 20 spools feedind it very funny! but we actually do twist stainless steel wire this way eve...

braiding the wire is also easy done with a screwgun..... just chuck it up and spin. but im not sure im capable enough to get the big coils the right space apart.

wow, ive never had any issues w/south Af 308..... but ive only used it n 1919's. its always regarded as the best surplus stuff out there. if you would like to sell it instead of having to mess with it, im sure that you will be able to make a nice profit and get rid of it all at the same time. id sur...
