hmmmm...... the macs here at school also f up the forum. What I do is just stop the page halfway through loading; and while it may not get all the pics and sparkles, it will get the text (if you stop in the right time). Besides, what are you doing looking at this forum during work? (Salt6, you are t...

My kit cost me about 700 bucks, and I have to make the barrel bearing myself. It was an FTF M53 kit, an IMA rear receiver (long sold out), and a camming section from a member here (damned near impossible to find). If I had the money back then, then I would have definately bought a complete 3 or 4 cu...

Wow, I am already in debt and now you guys are inspiring me to join up too! About the McCarthy thing..... Here in my college (SUNY Geneseo, arguably one of the best state colleges in the nation), the lib's are not only close-minded and provincial, but they do not know a damned thing about guns! When...

Hey I live in NY, which prohibits even Class III dudes from owning FA's (I think.....). I have like $4,000 (well, new MP44 makes it $6,000) in guns, which my brother (who is 11 months younger than me at 18 ) and I have collected in the past 4 years since we started collecting guns. All that my bro a...

It is still an anti-gun measure that should be stopped. I have to join the damned NRA; and I will convince the rest of my family to do so.

Members + Money = NRA Power!

Thanks. Yeah, I am setting aside a small pile of cash for the next gunshow. I wanted to know, because I '98 bayo is a good addition to a reenacting kit, and if it can fit my M48, then that is even more of an incentive to buy it!

Thanks!

I think that a disintegrating belt is worth less then a traditional '42 belt. I would not pay more for this belt then a non disintegrating belt, because it is a pain to load, and clean up the links too. $4 to $5 per 50 round belt? Add like 3 to 4 bucks if you include the starter tabs. Maybe that is ...

Are you including all the entire kit with the receiver? Too bad that you have to make it a dummy before selling it...... Maybe you can keep it in semi config and try and sell it at the next local gunshow. You will make more I would think. But as an 80%; about $1300 to $1600 (as a bare naked receiver...

Yes, that is true. Of course the media makes errors due to there ignorance and their "I could give a damn" attitude toward getting things correct about guns. I am surprised they did not say that the kid was building machine guns. And Intruder, I thought the same thing about the FFL, and that is why ...
