Watch these people get screwed! Fake german tunic on ebay...

Hey guys, I have been watching this auction, just to see how stupid people are; and today the price of the tunic (jacket, whatever the hell this thing is) jumped up over 100 dollars. These are the last hours of the auction; perhaps you would care to join me watch some poor sap spend way too much mon...

Don't use Western Union!

Hey guys! So I had to make a payment to a guy in Poland for some Mp44 parts I won on an eban auction. I won the auction for $145, and shipping (priority) was gonna cost me $35. So I was like, ok $180 dollars is a great bargain for the parts, so I made a new account on Western Union, never having use...

Re: Value of an SS double decal helmet?

Just to put it out there; this helmet is part of the collection belonging to John Barrett; who started collecting back when you could buy Mp40's for $15, and founded the Michigan Military Museum; and now is selling off his collection. I bought a mint Mp44 dummy gun from him. He told me that he bough...

Re: WTB MP44 internals

So I finally got a complete bolt. It came with an op-rod too, so now I am stuck with two op-rods and a bolt ha ha. It was an ebay auction for a bolt carrier and complete bolt; won it for $145, so I guess that waiting paid off. Just in time for the ebay bans too, wow I dodged that bullet. Now I need ...

Value of an SS double decal helmet?

Hey Guys! So I know that not everyone here is a collector of German militaria, but alot of us are; thats for sure. Not all of us are members of the axis history forum either, so I figured I would post the question here. What is the value of an SS double decal helmet? The liner is in great condition;...

Yeah, I am being hesitant on buying one of the gunbroker, or Claus' bolts or recoil springs. I am just hoping a member can offer one cheaper to me.

Re: Century/Wiselite M53 Sa recieved today

Yeah, I know Propos, I am building mine to shoot as well..... I don't think that I will ever end up selling any guns in my collection, unless they are cheapo M44's or Turk mausers. I already need another gun locker, but my money goes into buying guns ha ha....

Re: Century/Wiselite M53 Sa recieved today

Well, that will be a great price, seeing how somebody here just sold their SA42 for $4,000 on GB. Nice to know thats how much my SA42 is going to be worth; until the Century guns come out, that is....

But atleast thanks to Century for saving us from BRP's $6,000 MG42's!

Re: WWII German solid rim accessory wheels 600x22

Hey, Sportsmansguide.com has these surplus Swiss military trailors for $300. They do have these types of wheels that you are looking for; not sure if they are big enough for the type of gun you want to build. I might buy the trailor and build a small PAK or something onto the axles.

WTB Mp44 mag release parts

Hey,

So I have 3 receivers, but none with the little mag release button/lever/springs and stuff. If anybody has extra's (I have no idea how the hell one could wind up like that), then please let me know.

Thanks!

Re: New Site Software.

Wait; chat is not coming back? I miss DA.... ok, that sounds a little questionable, but that SOB and his damned website got me addicted to all this crap when I was like 13. Not even done with the '42, and I already plunked 2K into an MP44. Thanks alot Kurt :D .

Just an update; I have the bolt carrier and a receiver. I still need;
-MP44 complete Bolt
-MP44 Recoil spring

If you have parts of the bolt, or a stripped bolt, then you can contact me. Thanks!

Long Horn, god bless you, that is exactly what I needed!

Sorry about the barrel door thing ha ha (I'm an MG42 owner, go figure....), I did mean the whole receiver rotating thingy.

Ok, well that is all I need! Thanks for the fast responses and info!

How do you remove the buttstock and open the barrel door?

I need to explain to a seller how to remove the buttstock and open the barrel door so that he can show me pics inside the receiver of a dummy Mg34 I am trying to buy. I know how to do it to some degree, but I would like pics and detailed instructions from you guys, so that I can email it all to him....
