The semi bolt fom BRP is very nice and well worth the $150 he charges the home builder to swap bolt assemblies, I have over 3k rds one one of his bolt assemblies with zero problems although a few folks have had broken firing pins. another thing to consider when building your park tank is to have a lip about an inch wide folded over from the top edge of the tank, does a great job of catching heat that rolls around the sides of the tank and would normaly go straght up and be lost, not mine or a new idea, po ackley mentions it i...

I did not make the brazed stack like the original end as I wanted as much active spring as possible, I just hit my spring with the mig welder right were I wanted it cut, it joined the twisted pair and severed the spring all in one shot, then put the newly cut end in the buffer. I have powder coated a couple of ak's a kel tec slide and a psl, going to do a 42 semi as soon as I am finished with my larger oven. other than avoiding a heavy coat of powder inside the rail area I cant see any problems , the stuff is much tougher than lauer dura coat or gunkote and with the $50 po...

well put, even at the newer elevated price for sets you still end up with very little in a good shooter in the end, and anybody gloating (which I havent seen) will end up bieng sorry they sold so cheap in 10 years anyway.
