I am estimating around $1000 maybe a little more but probly less, kit, new trigger sear, grip mods , bolt mods, welding,+ tripod and extras make the price go up, you know the same as the 1919a4 untill we start getting them running and the accesories skyrocket

1919 gunner tanker will have my rec in a few days if he wants he can put the fa and sa side by side for a pic of the mods to the bottom, I am not sure if I have the block inside, huntsinmts probly has the pics you need he will be doing my work once i scrape the money together

sounds like the beginings of a build tutorial, be good to post in the build area, I can post pics of the sa rec mods when I get it back I just shipped it out today so it will be a while,I just wanted to remind all our home builders so they don't hunt down a welder and make a legal bo bo :wink:

the only good thing about this cut is that you get a complete straight barrel shroud, just need a bearing, dan got your email and sent one your way.

but no matter how you look at it from the trunion back it is trash.

reciever welding

remember before rewelding a reciever you must modify the area where the grip/trigger group attaches so the fa grip won't fit or else it is a machinegun this is the only difference between a fa and sa reciever all other mods are to bolt and grip/trigger group

picked up on a guy at weaponeer he does bolt mods complete with new firing pin for (prices may not be exact)$85 and I think $185 for the grip and trigger mods with all new trigger and sear and working safty all you do is clean the welds to your liking and add a tab to the front, I think he also rewe...

I got one in a gb and am glad I didn't pay full price :shock: , the up side is all # are original matching and balance of parts are waffen nazi marked( verifiyiny true ww2) with perfect finish, I just need a barrel bearing thing that aa torched. I wish that aa had told orin they torched that bearing...
