Tell ya a TRICK most folks don't know...if your kit came with a demilled Cam Piece, the large, long rivet is typically included with the head milled off. THAT RIVET is the same dia. as the barrel gate rivets so you can cut two small rivets to size from it, lock them in a vise and drill small dimples...

I've got agree to others here..waaaaaaay too clean and crisp. Just doesn't have the natural patina of 70 year old wood. The natural oils in wood darken wood even without stains and the grain pattern is just too tight and bright. Impossible to say 100% that is a fake, but I would pass if my money was...

Yours is a Gustloff-Werke receiver made in 1945, hence the "svq" code. The "bpr" is Grossfus, unforetunately, I don't know who "rea" is although I have several with the seperate markings.
