Make sure your charging handle dont bind in receiver. If its binding it can make the bolt harder to cam out of barrel...also make sure you welded on the kick off ledge on the front of charging handle slot as that produces a cam action which helps unlock bolt..the charging habdle cam should pull the....

That's the problem I had, but since I was splicing in a m53 rear section I lined up the long cut shroud with the shells to where the profiles matched then measured from rear of cam window to rear of receiver which was 382mm if I remember correctly. From there I lined up the rear section untill the m...

Having an issue with gmt shells and m53 rear end

I'll start this out by saying I'm not bashing gmt.they are good shells just not lining up how I need them..would be perfect if I was doing the buffer cuts and tabs which I'm not. I have the receiver in spec to width of the rear section which is 2.196. any ideas on what to do regarding the difference...

Needing dimensions of a bolt blocker.

Since I'm waiting on some semi parts I need to think of the bolt blocker. Want to make it close to the brp one as I have the material and will be a good project for my new mill I know width of the bottom of the bar, I know height but I need the rest of the dimensions for the blocker. Can anyone help...
