welds to the bottom of the bolt to help push down/ cock the hammer, the little wing I believe gets bent over to act as cocking piece for the charging handle to grab on to.

Nice work, careful when welding in that blocker. Poured to much heat into mne and receiver pulled together in that area. Had to slit, space and reweld. Nice work!!

Also the sanding disks in the angle die grinder do wonders, if you use the flap ones be very careful as those remove material very fast johnnymg Vey nice work, I used a flat file and dressed down the camming section area welds to get the camming piece to fit. Vey nice work, I used a flat file and dressed down the camming section area welds to get the camming piece to fit. Those little scotch brite disks in an angle die grinder do wonders for removing finishes and polishing metal.

Whats approved? and what are people using? Have posted a want add for BRP as the are closed for a couple weeks, Anybody have picks and dimentions of what they have used in their builds?

On a quality safe exterior hinges do not matter. Where you putting the safe?
