I'll have some time on Sunday to give the program for restoring the SQL database a try.

Good Luck with this.
I'll be at the "Builders and Beltfed shoot" Thinking of you and taking pics and firing rounds.

John,

When I type in the address "mg42.us" I just get a directory page, with a link to the "phpbbs" folder, which then brings me to the forum proper. I see a "www" folder as well.

As per phone call with John, he is working on a big file restore. Due to work and internet loading speeds it takes time.
Soon I hope. But there is new hope.
It's being worked on.

She works now. When I plug in "mg42.us" I get directed to "http://www.mg42.us/phpbbs/"

Yup, finally figured out the directory structure to make the redirect work (thanks to a guy names Richard). :)

DAMN, IT'S GREAT TO BE HOME !!

Why did the board lose all it's posts and photos again? You'd think that we'd have the technology to preserve at least THOSE things after a crash.

The internet company move the board to a new server, which crashed and lost the main database. It was in a different location on the server and I didn't know it, so I didn't back it up. Their backup crashed with the new server, so it was lost. I'm still working on getting the main database recreated, I just haven't been successful yet. Still hopeful, though.
